Shipping & Order Processing Information
At ARAKNA Body Jewelry, we carry a wide selection of jewelry in stock and ready to ship!
Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours, depending on our hours of operation. We work weekends, and our studio is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
For orders within Canada, our goal is to have your jewelry delivered within 14 days of your purchase, with some exceptions for American brands and custom-made jewelry.
Free Shipping – Canada Post Lettermail (Untracked)
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders through Canada Post Lettermail (postage stamp).
Please note:

No tracking number or insurance is included.

A photo of your parcel being dropped off at the post office will be emailed as proof of mailing.

Delivery times vary and may take up to 3 weeks.

Once mailed, ARAKNA cannot track the parcel and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
For peace of mind, we recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping at checkout.
Out-of-Stock & Special Orders
Some jewelry may need to be ordered directly from our manufacturers, including:

Items temporarily out of stock
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within the first week, your jewelry may be on its way to us from the manufacturer.
Most Canadian-sourced jewelry orders are delivered within 14 days of purchase.
American Jewelry –
We carry beautiful jewelry from American manufacturers, including Invictus Body Jewelry.
Invictus orders are placed every other week when an item is not currently in stock at our studio.
Please allow approximately 14–18 business days for American jewelry orders, depending on manufacturer availability, customs clearance, and shipping times.
Import processing and customs delays are outside our control, but we always do our best to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible.
Alchemy Adornment Jewelry
Alchemy Adornment jewelry is made to order.

No refunds or cancellations once your jewelry has been ordered from the manufacturer.
Order Updates & Shipping Guarantee
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number when applicable.
If we need to contact you about your order, we will generally do so within 2 days of purchase. Otherwise, your order is being processed!
Our 2-Week Shipping Guarantee
For eligible Canadian orders, we aim to deliver your jewelry within 14 days of purchase.
If we cannot meet this timeframe due to processing or stock availability, we'll cover your shipping costs!
Please note that this guarantee excludes American special orders, made-to-order jewelry, and postal delivery delays. Free untracked Lettermail shipments are not covered by delivery guarantees.
